These past few months since i have lived near Mt Shasta have been exhilarating as Spirit is very active here. I am seeing the fairies and the Angel of Mt Shasta is a sweet gentle spirit who is showing me much more about self love than I ever imagined.
Rest and returning to nature, to the river and letting things flow, such good medecine.
